Rules & Policies

The Fun Lab Rules & Policies
  • Do you provide the cake?
    We provide cupcakes for the children with each party package.
  • What if we wish to bring our own cake?
    Outside food is not permitted at The Fun Lab, cupcakes are provided for all birthday parties. We do allow a store purchased cake in the party rooms only if a party package is purchased. You will still receive the cupcakes for your party.
  • If I cancel my party do I get my deposit back?
    Birthday Party Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change the date of the party, please contact a Funlogist at least 24 hours prior to the original date. Your deposit will be applied towards a new party date if booked within 6 months of original date.
  • How long is the party room reserved for my party?
    The party room is reserved for 45 minutes. Toward the end of the party, the arcade has 15 minutes of games and activities. You may stay longer in the arcade if you want, once the party ends. After the scheduled 45 minutes, your adult guests can be relocated to general seating areas, allowing the next party to occupy the party room.
  • Can we bring decorations?
    You may bring decorations that are not attached to the wall or ceiling. Only mylar balloons are allowed in the party room. Balloons are not allowed on the general public floor. You may bring in customized plates, cup and napkins. Please let our party host know the day before if that is your intent. We will bag our party supplies and you can take them home with you.
  • Can we purchase extra food for the kids and adults?
    Absolutely. We have a full menu of food and beverages that may be purchased in addition to what is already offered in the party package. Food and drink may be added to the party invoice or adults may purchase food and drinks separately. Specially priced add-on’s are listed when you book your party. We ask that additional food be ordered at the beginning of the party to ensure it is served with the birthday party food.
  • What if we have two birthday children?
    If you have two birthday children, there is an extra charge of $25. They will both get the birthday child a surprise.
  • Are the games and entertainment different for different age groups?
    Yes, we plan different games, entertainment and activities, depending on the age and number of children attending the party.
  • How many people can fit in one party room?
    A total of 25 people can fit in a single party room.
  • What if I have more than 15 people I want to be included in the party?
    Please call our Booking Coordinator.
  • What are the different attractions and restrictions?
    Visit our attractions page to view the details of each attraction. Please contact our Funologists to recommend age appropriate attractions Ropes Course – 48” – closed toed shoes required. Dark Ride – 42” –maximum weight 300 lbs Spin Zone – 36” –maximum weight 300 lbs- Ballocity – 12 years old and under. Socks required.
  • Can we request a specific party host?
    You can request a specific Party host. We will do the best we can, based on their availability.
  • Do we need to bring candles, cake servers, plates & napkins?
    No, we provide everything to celebrate the birthday.
  • What is the schedule of the party?
    Traditional parties (4-10 year olds) start with staging and introductions, one hour of play on the attractions, 45 minutes in the party room and ends with 15 minutes in the arcade.
  • For All Guests
    No firearms are permitted on the premises Inappropriate behavior, including excessively loud, aggressive, or profane language or vandalism will be grounds for ejection The Fun Lab is a tobacco-free facility Appropriate clothing is required at all times, which includes shoes, shirts, pants held on waist, etc. No offensive messages or pictures may be displayed on the clothing, including but not limited to profanity or objectionable art. Hoods on all apparel must be worn down and face covering. No excessively baggy clothing of any kind No evidence of gang affiliation is permitted to be displayed in any manner Persons wearing torn or solicited clothing will be permitted only at the discretion of the management No loitering No Soliciting No outside food or drinks permitted, and no walk-in birthday parties allowed. Persons 14 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian The Fun Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items including Funcards These rules apply to all areas of the entertainment center including parking areas and all common areas. The Fun Lab reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
  • Safety is our top priority
    Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and fun experience for you and your family. Here are some of the current measures that our team members will be abiding by to keep you safe: Hand washing reminders will be occurring throughout the day. We have a CLEAN TEAM that will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing common surfaces. Continuous training and coaching on best hygiene practices. Face masks are optional. We are committed to keeping you and our team members healthy and safe! We ask that you help to protect yourself and others too by following these recommendations: Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face. Cover your mouth and nose. Avoid touching unnecessary surfaces. If you’re sick, please don’t participate and encourage your family not to participate until you are well.
